ROAD & STREET BARRIERS

The Buchsteinrunde stage 3 via the Schwarzsattel/Stockingeralm is closed due to logging work.

 Alternative route in the direction of St. Gallen via the Bodenweg is possible.

On the Buchsteinrunde stage 2 (Palfau-Johnsbach), traffic restrictions are to be expected from 15-17 May on the stretch from Hieflau to Gstatterboden (via Hochscheibe), as the road is being renovated in sections

Due to a rockfall, the Hintergebirgsradweg along the R9 Ennsradweg (Reichraminger Hintergebirge / Waldbahnstraße) is closed from the Annerlsteg (Triftsteig entrance) until further notice.

The rockfall net at the entrance to the Wällerhütte tunnel is badly damaged and the tunnel portal is currently unsafe to pass through. Access to the Klaushütte is possible, return only via the same route. A detour for cyclists via Brunnbach and Hirschkogel is possible, but this route is not suitable for families.

The Triftsteig trail is also closed for safety reasons.
